Refund & Cancellation Policy

CAD Design Academy is operated by CAD Consultants Ltd. This policy applies to all CAD Design Academy memberships and online programmes.
Immediate access & intellectual property
Our memberships are delivered through a secure online platform and provide immediate access to our intellectual property — course content, templates and resources — as soon as you join. In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are not entitled to a refund simply because you have changed your mind, chosen the wrong membership, or no longer wish to use the service. Because our digital content is provided immediately and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds or credits once access has been granted.
Applies to all payment options
This policy applies whether you pay monthly or as a one-off annual payment:
- Monthly memberships renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future monthly payments; cancelling ends future billing but does not refund the current month or any payments already made.
- Annual memberships are paid as a single upfront payment and, because access is immediate, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Where a membership is offered on a payment plan, the instalments are a commitment to the full price. Choosing to stop or no longer use the membership does not cancel the remaining instalments, which remain payable.
No partial refunds
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, non-completion, or lack of use. Our programmes are built to be practical, actionable and high value — please review the membership details and any previews carefully before purchasing.
Technical issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you accessing your membership, email us at academy@cadconsultantsltd.com and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Course updates
Our content is updated and improved from time to time. Temporary limits on access while we make updates are part of maintaining the best experience for our members and are not grounds for a refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
